SHIPPING/DELIVERY INFORMATION

• FREE on orders over R1000 and all subscriptions (ENTER COUPON CODE: FreeShipping)
• Anywhere in South Africa: R100 flat rate (delivery in 3-5 working days)
• Everywhere else: Custom shipping quote will apply.

ORDER FULFILLMENT, SHIPPING, & TRACKING INFORMATION

Fairy Wonderland strives to fulfil orders in 2 to 3 business days once an order is placed. However, fulfilment times may take longer during busy seasons and holidays. Should orders take unusually longer to fulfil, or our chosen courier service experience any major delays, customers will be notified. We have an account with the Courier Guy and do not utilise any other means of transport.

If you need to place a rush order by a certain date, please inform us at  info@fairywonderland.co.za to see if we can assist you by your deadline. We can arrange over night couriering at an additional charge, however should there be any delays in delivery Fairy Wonderland will not be held liable.

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. To track your package once it is enroute, you’ll need to reference your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier should you have any issues with delivery.
